Sophia seems to almost have two different personalities, her public personality and her private personality. It would seem a bit confusing to those who know her but her family, the only people who do know her, doesn’t pay enough attention to notice a difference and so she has no knowledge that it is unusual to have such distinctly different public and private personalities. An even more confusing thing is that she loves music, especially if she can play it so loud she can barely think.
The usual personality she shows is very quiet and sometimes nervous. She doesn’t really make a whole lot of noise. She gets quieter in situations where she feels even less comfortable than she normally does and when she is extremely unsettled she is as silent as a person can get. Even when comfortable she doesn’t get loud except with her music. She isn’t really a fan of initiating physical contact in uncomfortable situations. She is almost adverse to it.
However, when she is around people she feels comfortable with or knows very well she opens up. She’s a hugger and a talker, around the right people. She hardly ever speaks in a whisper when she is in a comfortable situation. She very much enjoys cuddling with people when in the presence of those whose presence she feels comfortable in.
Sophia spent much of her time with someone connected to her, physically. She often had a child either on her hip or holding her hand and without that contact she has a tendency to become touch starved. This feeling is do with the fact that physical affection is something her parents weren’t very fond of after she started school. As such she absolutely adores cuddling with her siblings and she fears what life will be like away from home and her siblings.
Sophia worries over how she will deal with the separation from all that she knows. She really doesn’t enjoy worrying and she hates how she feels when she is out of her normal situations. But she is excited for this change and, despite her worries she feels she must get away from her home.
Strengths:
Sweet Sophia likes most people and it has a tendancy to show in her belief that you should be nice to all the people you can and civil to the ones you can't be nice too. She tends to remember the odd facts about people, things like birthdays and aniverseries, and then help them celebrate.
Methodical Sophia has an order to her life and she likes to live in a "rut". She gets confused when she has no schedule to follow.
Comforting Sophia is very good at comforting people. She always makes an effort to help those around her feel better.
Weaknesses:
Bossy Sophia is a very bossy person. She likes things to be "Her Way". Usually at the first meeting she doesn't seem as bossy as she is but after a little bit she has a tendancy to start trying to make those around her do as she wants.
Shy Sophia is very Very shy. She is not good at meeting new people. She feels a LOT of anxiety when meeting someone for the first time.
Stubborn Sophia often comes off as someone who would be a good minion. However, once you spend any amount of time with her at all you find she likes to dig her heels in. She doesn't much like to give up ground and is very much as stuborn as a mule.
Likes: books, cats, sleep, mango, dogs, flip flops, tank tops, electropop
Dislikes: blueberries, ferrets, "real shoes", turtlenecks, screamo, spinach

Antony “Tony” Williams and Marie Rabe met each other at a wedding in March of 1989 in Jacksonville, FL. Marie was a cousin of the bride and Tony was a friend of the groom. Soon after meeting they began to date and in February 1991 they had a very small wedding. At the time Tony was 25 and Marie was 23.
Both of the Williams had jobs. Tony was an experimental scientist for a drug company while Marie was a receptionist at a local insurance company. This allowed them to buy a house in the more scenic area of Orange Park near both of their jobs. They had a nice house in the suburbs with enough lawn to do yard work on Saturday morning but not so much as to take all day to fix. They had the perfect house to raise a family with 2.5 kids just like they wanted.
A little over a year after they got married, Tony and Marie found out a wonderful surprise. Marie was pregnant with a little girl. They were both so excited for their first baby. They started pouring over baby name books and Marie informed her employer that she would no longer be working once the baby was born.
On January 9, 1993, a 6.5 lbs. baby girl named Sophia Vivian Williams was born. She caught on to the day night cycle pretty quickly, and at 3 months she was sleeping through the night. This was something that Marie was very thankful for as she hadn’t gotten much sleep at all.
No more than 9 months later, the Williams family found out that Marie was pregnant again. This time they were blessed with a little boy. On May 5, 1994, Marie gave birth to a Thomas Williams.
The children were both loved and cared for by their mother and their father was very involved in the raising of his children. They did Saturday trips to fun places and spent the week days playing in the back yard.
When Sophia was old enough for kindergarten her parents enrolled her in the small school at their church. With only 5 people in her grade, Sophia grew up fairly isolated from the regular world with very few friends. Her brother joined her at the school two years later.
When the summer after Sophia turned 9 and Thomas turned 8 rolled around, Tony and Marie found out they were pregnant again. This time they were pregnant with twins, one boy and one girl. On March 17, 2002, Marie gave birth to Marcus and Jessica Williams.
After the birth of the twins, life at the Williams house changed quite a bit. This time Marie didn’t have to care for the babies on her own all day while Tony was at work. Marie put Sophia and Thomas to work helping care for the twins, mostly just holding, and changing them with the occasional feeding job while Marie cleaned the house and took care of the other duties that a keeping house entailed.
Sophia was very much like a third parent in the home. This was especially true when once again Marie found out that she was pregnant again. As such, on the 20 of September in 2003, Tara Williams was born.
Now more than ever, Sophia, at age 10, was spending most of her free time helping her mother care for her younger sisters and brothers. Thomas was also helping out a lot after school but lacked the disciple that Sophia had to simply read and rock a baby at the same time.
Sophia continued to go to the small private school, as did the rest of her siblings as they grew older. However, at the age of 16 Sophia took duel enrollment classes at FCCJ until she graduated from high school in 2011 with an A.A. under her belt. She applied for many scholarships and to a few different schools. She got many of the scholarships and was accepted into a few of the schools around the state but settled on Orange Island University which would allow her to have a taste of being away from home while still being close enough if an emergency happened.| A P P E A R A N C E |
Sophia has a slight tan to her skin year round and is 5’2”. She has green eyes and wavy brown/blonde hair. She is often seen with a book in hand. She rarely ever puts on make-up but when she does it’s just some eyeliner and a light eye shadow.
Sophia doesn't exactly make an effort to hide when she is around a lot of people. However she doesn't try to stand out either. She prefers to be the one watching those around her and as such usually stays away from anything that would make her stand out. She wears comfortable clothes and little make-up to emphasize this.
She is always wearing this necklace as it was a present from her parents on her 18th birthday.

Sophia placed the empty boxes on the bed next to her suitcase. She turned to put a shirt into her suitcase only to see Tammy on the bed and Jessica sitting on the top of the desk. Their eyes followed Sophia’s every movement as she packed away all the things important in her life that would fit into a box. It was as if they were trying to imprint her very image into their brains. It was as if they believed that they would never see her again.
“I’m not going away forever you know.” She saw them shrug their shoulders and continue to watch her.
Sophia packed her clothes into her main suitcase and a second one as well. She packed her favorite shirts and pants, her favorite shoes, and of course, her fuzzy socks, especially the rainbow pair. She remembered getting her first pair of fuzzy socks. They were the first item she bought for herself. The second item she bought had been a movie ticket but that was really of no consequence at the time.
She moved the suitcase off of the bed and turned to her bookshelf. Sophia began to pull her favorite books off of the shelves. She grabbed one of the boxes off of the bed and began to carefully place the best books of her collection into it. She filled a second, smaller box with knick knacks and random bits of her life from around the room.
Sophia turned to see her brother Thomas standing in the doorway. Wordlessly he picked up her boxes and carried them out the door and down the stairs. Behind him came Marcus and Marcus grabbed her second suitcase and carried it down.
She turned to her sisters “It’s time for me to go,” and scooping them up in a hug she said “No tears now.” She tapped Tammy on the nose. “I’ll be back for Christmas,” she looked to Jessica, “and I’m only a phone call away.” She stood. “It’s time for me to go.”
Sophia carried her suitcase down the stairs and out the front door. She handed the suitcase to her father to put in the car. She hugged her mother, and then her brothers and climbed into the passenger seat of the family car as her father started the car to leave.
