Not on the best side of town [obviously], the Grand Cabanas are a good indication of where you don't want your life to end up. They've got some of the cheapest rent on the island, but the office is good about getting things fixed on time, even when they need specialists. All of the apartments are either 2 bedroom/2 bathroom or 1/1 and the complex has washing machines down at the club house, not in the rooms.
