helloo gob! i am lacey and these are my characters, for you to do with as you please.


this is hugo bloom, a 22-year-old newly-graduated traffic cop with dreams of being responsible for stopping real crimes someday. he's from england, very enthusiastic and a super flirt. he can charm his way out of just about anything and he's extremely friendly. he'll chat at random strangers basically anywhere and he's quite funny and also a bit insane, so it's very likely that people would know who he is. i'd love for hugo to have a whole bunch of friends, bros, girls to flirt with, etc. he can also be the one to catch your character in a petty street crime if that's your game, so really he's up for anything!


this is lily harper, an 18-year-old theater major and psychology minor at the island university. she's got crazy hippie parents who homeschooled her until third grade and never fed her meat and let her draw on all the walls in the house as a way of expressing herself as a child, so she's grown up to be very imaginative, but also a bit of a space case and also a little insane. she's a little ball of sunshine, always perky and happy and up for anything you can throw at her. she'll try anything once, which can often get her into bad situations when she doesn't really know what she's doing and makes a bad decision. she's kind of a tease without meaning to be, but she also sort of knows exactly what she's doing, if that makes sense. for lily, i'm looking for a gal group of friends to join her and juliette, as well as random other friends or boys to flirt with/date/sort of hook up with maybe sometimes, and pretty much whatever you can think of.


this is evander rosemont, a 19-year-old anthropology student and full-time scruffy emo genius who is the resentful son of state senator scott rosemont. he's a generally good human being, but due to his bitter attitude, judgmental comments, and tendency to lurk in shadows and hide in corners, he sort of gets a negative reputation. He's kind of a loner and sort of looks like he's high sometimes, but in actuality he's really smart and quite a fun person to be with when you get to know him. he's witty and quirky, but also pretty low-key. i'd love for him to have a wide variety of acquaintances or people to annoy him or for him to banter with. he'd also likely have several people who think he's weird or who dislike him since he is pretty snarky and frankly, kind of a jerk if he thinks you're incompetent in some way. friends he's more picky about, but it's definitely not impossible.


this is ruby phaeri, the 21-year-old self-appointed Queen of Everything. she's studying fashion design and merchandising in the hopes of someday being the editor-in-chief of her own fashion magazine. she loves being in charge, and she prides herself on always knowing the best way to achieve something. she's a firm believer in the expression, "if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself." she's sort of flitty and high-pitched and tends to buzz around you talking at speeds of 1000 miles per hour, and she also tends to be kind of indirectly condescending whenever she speaks to others in a very annoying way, such as calling you "baby" or "sweetie," or implying that you're doing something wrong in a very sicky-sweet sugar-coated way. she makes it her business to know everything about everyone around her, and she uses her position as the president of tri delt, the biggest sorority on campus to ensure that everything goes through her. so. fun times. ;]


this is mieke bell, the 19-year-old forensics student from south africa, in an area where whites were a minority and her home life was beyond shitty. she's not one of those people that whines about it constantly, though-- in fact, she prefers not to talk about it. most people find her pretty scary, and in many ways that's understandable given that she dresses like a freak and likes to spend her spare time poking around inside of dead people, but she's also pretty chill if you get to know her. she takes herself a bit too seriously, having grown to enjoy the "shock factor" people get when meeting her, and if she hates you or thinks you're annoying/stupid/useless, she'll bully you and/or cut off the heads of your stuffed animals and/or put animal organs in your bed for fun. mieke could use creepy weirdo forensics friends, or also regular people friends who can tolerate her weirdness. as far as other relationships, i'd love for her to also have people to routinely skeeve out, and enemies are probably aplenty. um, her default is probably to dislike you but that's usually more fun than her liking you anyway, so. just throw ideas/characters at me cos i'm usually full of inspiration for her craziness.


this is margot toft, a 20-year-old marine biology & photography student from new york. she's very passionate about art, fashion, photography, music, indie coffee houses, and anything that isn't mainstream. she's a feminist, a vegetarian, and she's extremely opinionated, as well as extremely easily offended. she's quite the smart one and loves her field of marine biology as her dad was a marine biologist as well. she's quirky and sort of funny in a sarcastic way, and although she can't always take a well-intentioned joke at another's expense, she does appreciate a good laugh if there is nothing wrong with it. she's a little bit pretentious, very stubborn and hot-headed, has a short fuse, and is very technology savvy. when not researching fish or taking photographs, she spends the rest of her free time searching for the next big thing that hasn't been discovered yet. margot could use more hipster friends, or sort-of friends who just put up with her. if anyone needs a photographer, she's your girl, as well. it would also be fun for her to have enemies (because who doesn't hate hipsters?) and people to argue with and be offended by. yes?

ANDERSON & MIEKE She would really weird him out. So much. But he would probably have to deal with her a lot, being that she's a forensics intern and he has to be in forensics a lot. So they could have a :|/>:] kind of relationship. I think you know which face goes with who.

ANDERSON & HUGO Anderson would think Hugo was super dumb and order him around/treat him like his bitch. Yes. ;]

RUBY & CADEN need to meet. somehow. instantly.

Hugo + Sophia Sophia would just be blushing the whole time she spent with him. She would have no clue what to do. It might boost his ego a bit to much though.

Hugo + Lori She would totally flirt with him. She would find him very attractive.

Lily + Sophia Sophia could be someone to help hold Lily down to earth.

Lily + Lori Lori would probably feel conflicted about Lily. Does she hate her for her upbeat personality or like her for it? It would totally depend on her mood.

Evander + Sophia They could get along but this is where Sophia's shyness cuts in. Evander would probably have to make the first move and Im not sure that he would.

Evander + Lori They mutually wouldn't like each other.

Ruby + Sophia Sophia would be very intimidated. Very very intimidated.

Ruby + Lori Lori will want to be on Ruby's good side since she wants into tri Delta.

Mieke + Sophia Sophia would be like "Meh. I've known creepier." and possibly be grossed out just a bit.

Mieke + Lori Lori would want nothing to do with her.

CAMERON +HUGO: I think these two would get along marvellously, and probably also balance each other out nicely with Cameron being a little too normal and Hugo being a little crazy (in the good way). When Cameron gets bored, common sense sometimes gets thrown out the window, and is up for about anything. I could see Hugo taking advantage of these times, or alternately Cameron taking advantage of Hugo being available to have a partner-in-crime! They would also see each other occasionally at “work”. Where EMTs/Paramedics call for back-up from the police in a security risk or vice versa in a medical emergency, they would have passed each other now-and-again, even if Cameron is just a volunteer EMT.

I’d be up for stirring a little trouble up with these two if you are. Let’s plot ;-)

P.S. Cameron also calls soccer ‘football’. Probably score some points with Hugo, I imagine…

ABBY + HUGO: Abby seems to have a budding friendship with Teddy, so they would, at least, know of each other or cross paths a few times. I honestly do think they would get along well where he is a genuinely nice person, but Abby might take Hugo in spoonful-sized portions at first so his over-enthusiasm doesn’t cause her poor brain to implode. >.< She’d be happy to listen for hours while Cameron chatters non-stop as long as he doesn’t poke at topics she is sensitive about too early on. She might tell him to shove off for a bit then crankily…then feel guilty about it the next day and bring him cookies…lol.

It would be a dynamic that would prove to be amusing at the very least. I don’t know if you want a stand alone Hugo/Abby thread or rope Bee in to one with Teddy, but let me know. :-D

EVANDER +ABBY:They must meet! Like now! XD Evander is like the male version of Abby in a lot of regards. They can be hermit research-paper-reading buddies! They both have pasts they don’t really like to open up about, so, if anything, either would know and understand why not to push the other about it. The are both annoyingly smart, and the banter possibilities would be awesome.

CAMERON +RUBY: Cameron, being in the fraternity, and Ruby, being the president of the biggest sorority on-campus, would have crossed paths sometime in the past year. He’s use to his two sisters and utter chaos in his spare time, so high-pitched and buzzing wouldn’t annoy him. Any condescending nature that spilled his way, Cameron would bite his tongue about. I can so see Cameron getting lent out in his pledge year/volunteering now to help with any heavy lifting or general minion-ing with the sister house’s events. So…Ruby’s got a possible minion! ^.^

CAMERON +MIEKE: She’d freak him out, but, being raised the way he was, he would try to be respectful and polite. He would not go out of his way to see her, but he wouldn’t go out of his way to be mean. Hopefully, that keeps him out of "animal-organs-in-the-bed” territory. She might find it a challenge to try and make him squirm when they do cross pathe for fun, but you know the girl better than I do.

Okay, so this is me ninja-ing you on Margot's plotter...XD

MARGOT + ABBY: Abby's time early in life growing up on a Naval base would both compliment and possibly hinder their dynamic. Abby would respect or even admire Margot's passion and dedication or her environmental cause. For the less...um...legal of Margot's activities, Abby would not go near it with a ten foot pole...or probably try to get her to quit...lol. They are both science and artesy.

I don't exactly where they would stand, but they wouldn't kill each other. We can take some comfort in that. XD *laughs* Let me know if any idea strike you.

ruby loves being intimidated and would probably make sophia a little bit of a victim; not in a mean way, just... in a ruby way. she'll probably nose up in her business and make sure she's around to make sophia uncomfortable. xD in lori's case, ruby enjoys people who try to get on her good side and she will probably stick her nose in lori's business as well because... that is what ruby does.

cameron & hugo sounds like such a great idea. hugo will be so pleased to find someone who also calls soccer football AS IT SHOULD BE. xD they should totally be bros. <3 love this idea. since cameron is a bit younger than hugo i'm not sure if you'd like them to know each other already from the station or for them to meet somewhere and just bond or whatever. your call!

abby & hugo hahahah i can totally see hugo taking advantage of abby's personality. like, chatting at her or asking her to do things for him or making pouty faces whenever he needs something because he knows she'll feel bad for getting mad at him, ahaha. aw.

Evander & Abby: They can already know each other. Maybe we can say they met in the bookstacks reaching for the same research paper/book on Forensic Anthropology and got in a debate on who should have it (with highly intellectual banter)?
