CORONER'S REPORT

Name of deceased: Kenneth Aaron Williams
Description of deceased: 5'11, shaved head, athletic physique. No signs of asphyxiation or suffocation. Small abrasions all over torso, arms, and face. One large incision across neck. Several fracturs in the arms and calves.
Time of death: July 27, between 9 and 10 p.m. EST
Cause of death: slashed carotid artery
