ATTENTION OIPD
While all Halloweens are fraught with vandals and pedophiles, this Halloween has been tinted an ugly shade of threatened. The top dogs at the police station have all received letters from a mysterious source and all of them seem to come from the same place. As such, security is being fortified. No one has the night off tonight! All of the beat cops are to be stationed at Orange Island University and all of their Halloween festivities. Some beat cops will be in uniform, as usual, and all of the extras need to take pains to go undercover. Look the part, people. And make sure you have your badge.
